Welcome to Lash Brush! By shopping from our website, you agree to the following terms:
- Payment: We accept Cash on Delivery or online payments via Whish or OMT.
- Shipping: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes up to 5 working days depending on your area.
- Returns: Due to hygiene reasons, lashes and beauty tools are non-returnable unless defective.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
By placing an order, you confirm that you’ve read and accepted these conditions.

- الدفع: نقبل الدفع عند الاستلام أو من خلال تحويل عبر Whish أو OMT.
- الشحن: يتم تجهيز الطلب خلال 1–2 يوم عمل، والتوصيل خلال 5 أيام عمل كحد أقصى حسب المنطقة.
- الاسترجاع: لأسباب صحية، لا يمكن استرجاع الرموش أو الأدوات إلا في حال وجود عيب بالمنتج.
- الأضرار: إذا وصلك الطلب تالفًا، الرجاء التواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة وإرسال صور للمنتج.
عند إتمام الطلب، فأنتِ توافقين على هذه الشروط.
